Valentia Even Glow Vitamin C Serum AND a bonus face mask recipe!

So, I got an invitation for this promotion to Valentia Even Glow Vitamin C Serum on Tomoson. (seriously, an amazing site, check it out!), and I accepted. I want to not have wrinkles that are beginning to happen, and my skin tone is uneven, and this promises to help that.

So, I ordered, and it never came? I checked with amazon and they had AMAZING customer service. They offered me a $35 dollar refund due to a shipping loss. Then, miraculously, usps found my package! So I got to try the product ^_^

Let me say this, I haven't used it for a full month, and I will do an update because I want to be able to tell if this stuff events my texture or anything, but .... IT SMELLS LIKE ORANGES.

I mean, I get it, Valencia, Valentia, it didn't click at first, but I get it now. ANNND they emailed me a face mask recipe. I want to share it with you because it looks really good.

"Directions:
1 - Mix 1tsp of Matcha Powder with a few drops of water or aloe gel until it is a pasty consistency. If it is too watery, add more powder. If it is too thick, add more water or aloe.
2 - Apply the mask to your face. Preferably with a facial brush to avoid transferring oils from your fingers to your skin.
3 - Leave the mask on for 20-30 minutes. Then remove with warm water and a soft washcloth.
4 - Follow with your Even Glow Serum and favorite moisturizer.
Matcha Powder is a powerful antioxidant with over 137x the antioxidants of brewed green tea. You can expect to improve dull and tired skin as well as stimulate dead skin cells. You can use this brilliant mask 1-3 times per week."

That sounds just so moisturizing and brilliant! I cant wait to try it!

Midori Spring Cerimonial Gold Matcha Review!

Following with the theme of Matcha, I have recieved an awesome ceremonial gold matcha from Midori Spring. Unlike the previous one, which is perfect for cooking and baking, this one is meant for tea ceremonies! It is so fragrant and amazing!

I will admit to not having a bamboo whisk yet to do the perfect tea ceremony, but I do have a little latte whisk, and I used that. The flavor of Matcha is strong, and my fiance isn't a fan of it yet, but I went into this knowing I was a fan. I have to say, I am really impressed by Midori Spring. It really is a lovely brand, and the packaging is amazing. It is sturdy and I really appreciated how it was sealed up until I was ready to use it, and truly resealable.

The flavor is strong, as with most matchas, but not bitter as long as the water you are using isn't too hot. I can't wait to make another cup!
